WorldCitizens are the foundation of Elephant World. With their support, we can achieve almost everything.
The survival of elephants is threatened on all fronts. The Elephant Coalition can come up with and implement solutions to protect the elephants against poaching, expansion of settlements and agricultural areas in the nature parks and the consequences of climate change.
Through the cooperation of the conservation organisations and supported by a large constituency, we can convince politicians in Africa and Asia that a healthy elephant population is necessary for the ecosystem, nature and the people living there.
We can only achieve this together!
ELEPHANTCOALITION
Elephant World aims to better protect elephants in the wild through the joint coordination of the ElephantCoalition, an alliance of 14 worldwide protection organisations.
The members of the ElephantCoalition meet regularly to discuss the problems and threats to elephants and to propose solutions. These solutions are presented to the Ministries of Wildlife in the respective countries. The ElephantCoalition will cooperate to implement the solutions.
WORLDCITIZENS
Elephant World team and the ElephantCoalition will do their utmost to protect the elephants. But without WorldCitizens, the ElephantCoalition cannot achieve as much as we would like to, the joint effort between WorldCitizens and the ElephantCoalition is key.
It is the WorldCitizens who will make the difference and help to protect the elephants.
